Background

The ICT Support Team is made up of staff from the former desktop IT service providers (MIS, SERS, and DSDS) from the above departments. We are also members of the ECE Development Team, a part of the ECE (Enhanced Computing Environment) Programme, with a remit to provide and support a computing environment within which our customers can access IT services in a consistent and effective manner. Our overall objectives are as follows.

During the development of the ECE Programme, we are committed to maintaining support services to each of the three departments in line with existing service standards already in place. Your point of contact and service standards will at this stage be dependent on the area you work in.
