Current WT priorities include:

• Identify major ICT investments over the next five years (Work Task H)
• Establish requirements through consultations across collegiate University (Work Task D)
• Develop initial straw-man Strategic Plan to encourage discussion on Strategy (Work Task J)
• Develop five-year ICT Financial Model for Collegiate University (Work Task I)
