The first draft of the ICT Strategic Plan
was published on the Programme's Web site on 12 May 2006.
Around fifty Staff and students of the University and colleges attended
the open consultation meeting to discuss the initial draft of the ICT
Strategic Plan. The event was chaired by Dr Ken Peach.
Paul Jeffreys (Acting ICT Director) gave a presentation (PDF notes)
which was punctuated by questions from participants. A panel discussion

ICT Lunchtime Seminar Series
The ICT lunchtime seminar series was run under the auspices of the ICT
Strategy Programme and raised awareness within the University about new
or forthcoming ICT services to support research, learning or
administration.
Seminars were held each Wednesday, 1230-1330, from 18 January to 8
March 2006 at Oxford University Computing Services, 13 Banbury
Road.
