Projects

The Office of the Director of IT drives, sponsors and facilitates projects which deliver new ICT services and infrastructure for the collegiate University. The projects provide innovative, effective and reliable ICT services and are often the direct result of recommendations given in the University's ICT Strategic Plan. The Plan sets out the University's ICT objectives from 2006 to 2010 and ensures that our excellent IT services continue to support the excellent teaching and research at Oxford University.

Reporting

All projects that deliver new ICT services and infrastructure to the collegiate University (except those governed by the University's Business Services and Projects department) report to the PRAC ICT Sub-committee and submit a Project Summary Report for each termly meeting of the committee. The reporting process provides the PRAC ICT Sub-committee with a holistic view of the University's investment in ICT.
