Governing Committee

The PRAC ICT Sub-committee governs IT within the University through its divisional representatives. A sub-committee of the University's Planning and Resource Allocation Committee, it is chaired by the Registrar with the Director of IT as its Chief Executive Officer. Regulations and Policy

Members of the University are subject to the IT regulations and policy governed by the PRAC ICT Sub-committee, University's Council and rules imposed by external service providers.

How the University prioritises expenditure within IT

Capital and development ICT expenditure is prioritised by the University's divisions and reported to the PRAC ICT Sub-committee and to the PRAC Budget Sub-committee (BSC). How to make an application for funding

Reporting Process for ICT Projects

All projects that report to the PRAC ICT Sub-committee complete a 'Project Summary Report' for submission at each meeting of the Sub-committee. The reports are listed within these pages. (Only available within the University network.)
